NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Due to the development of our new website we have aquired some new features that we will be of interest to shareholds. If you have any questions about these features please contact Martin Ohmes at webmaster@getzassoc.com.

@getzassoc.com Email
The first of these new features to be implemented is the availability of @getzassoc.com email accounts. This is not a POP3 mail account but rather an address that you can have which forwards mail to one of your existing email accounts. This existing email account can be one setup through a free service such as hotmail.com.

Qualification for a @getzassoc.com email account

You must be a current shareholder of Getz & Associates, Incorporated.
You must currently possess a working POP3/SMTP email account (usually through your ISP).

How to setup your @getzassoc.com email account
If you meet the requirements above then send an email to email@getzassoc.com with the following information:

Your Full Name
Your Shareholder Number
Your current working POP3/SMTP email account - your @getzassoc.com email will be forwarded here
What you want your email address to be - i.e. (First Initial Last Name) mohmes@getzassoc.com

You will receive a confirmation email with any suggestions/problems described before the actual email address is setup.
Getz & Associates, Incorporated reserves the right to terminate your email account at any time without notification.

Online Share Tracking
We are currently working on developing a system where you can track the company's stock investments over the web at one single location. We hope to have this option available by January 15, 2000.
